Dapodik: A Digital Revolution to Improve the Quality of Educational Services at SMP SATAP Negeri 8 Bulukumba

This study aims to analyze the challenges and solutions in implementing a Management Information System (MIS) to improve the quality of educational and administrative services at SMP SATAP Negeri 8 Bulukumba. This research employs a qualitative approach using interviews involving school operators as the primary subjects. The findings reveal that although Dapodik has efficiently assisted in managing data, several significant obstacles remain, including limited technological devices, unstable internet connectivity, the absence of Wi-Fi, teachers' dual workloads, and insufficient knowledge regarding the use of information systems. Recommended solutions include the procurement of laptops, improvement of internet infrastructure, staff training, and more efficient task distribution to address the issue of dual workloads. By implementing these strategies, it is expected that the quality of educational and administrative services can improve significantly, especially in remote areas.
